With our new telemedicine service, a pediatric expert can care for your child with state-of-the-art technology to diagnose most common pediatric conditions directly from school.
In many cases, your child is cleared to immediately return to class so they’re not missing any school time—and you’re not missing work taking them to the doctor. If your child needs to be sent home, you can pick them up at school—and pick up any prescriptions along the way.

How much does a visit cost?
PM Pediatrics will bill your insurance company, and the total charges should be about the same as an office visit for a similar problem. For families not currently covered by insurance, the fee is $99 for a visit.

What if my child needs a prescription?
Your clinician will immediately send it electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.

What if my child needs a school note?
Your clinician can write a school excuse note. A copy can be accessed through your PM Pediatrics Anywhere account.

Who will be examining my child?
All of our pediatric experts are physicians, physician assistants or nurse practitioners with pediatric experience, certification in pediatrics and licensed to practice in their respective states. They all meet the strict credentialing criteria of PM Pediatrics and must keep their certifications up to date in order to practice.

How do I get a copy of my child’s records?
A full copy of their records is always available in your app.

Is their information secure?
PM Pediatrics Anywhere uses a state-of-the-art, secure and HIPAA-compliant platform to store and transmit information.

Will the school get a copy of my child’s records?
No information will be shared with the school by our providers. You may discuss information with the school if you wish, but we will not.

What problems can you diagnose and treat by telemedicine?
The following common pediatric problems can be diagnosed safely and accurately by telemedicine:

Is the PM Pediatrics Anywhere app only good for school telemedicine?
The PM Pediatrics Anywhere app allows you to access a pediatric expert every day, 8am – Midnight, from the comfort of your home. Visits from home are comprised of a video visit only without the use of telemedicine medical devices. Although we will be able to see your child and discuss symptoms, there are some problems that cannot be treated by video alone. For full information about video visits, please click here.

Can anyone use the PM Pediatrics Anywhere app?
The app is available every day, 8am – Midnight, to anyone 26 years of age and younger. School visits are limited to children in participating schools.

What if my school does not participate in the program?
Our plan is to expand to other schools. If you would like your school to participate, please have your school nurse or administrator reach out to us here for more information.

Are school staff able to use the PM Pediatrics Anywhere app?
PM Pediatrics Anywhere will treat any patients through age 26.
